Mrs. Rose Kenda Eboso

Rose Kenda Eboso currently serves as the C.E.C.M for Sports, The Arts & Youth Affairs in the County Government of Nandi. She holds a Master’s Degree in Education-Leadership and Policy from Moi University (2012 to 2013), a Bachelor of Education (Science) from Kenyatta University (2003 to 2006), and a Diploma in Education from Moi Teachers College (1988 to 1990).

Before her role in the County Government of Nandi, she was the High School Principal at Our Lady of Peace Queen, Muhoroni (October 2020 to March 2023). In this position, she achieved remarkable milestones such as recovering school land, constructing classrooms, providing bicycles for female students, securing funding for dormitories, obtaining water tanks for rainwater harvesting, and increasing the student population.

Mrs. Eboso also served as the High School Principal at Chepkumia High School, Nandi (January 2013 to October 2020), where she excelled in networking, fundraising for infrastructure, improving academic performance, and enhancing the school’s agricultural production.

Her previous role was as the Principal of Kemeloi Girls High School, Nandi (January 2009 to October 2012), where she transformed the school into a boarding institution, upgraded infrastructure, introduced computer studies, improved academic performance, initiated dairy farming, collaborated with various organizations for tree planting, and implemented measures to reduce pregnancy rates among students.

Throughout her career in the Government of Kenya and the County Government of Nandi, Mrs. Rose Kenda Eboso has demonstrated strong leadership, effective project management, successful collaboration in teamwork, and meticulous attention to detail.
