Nandi Governor Stephen Sang have asked President Uhuru Kenyatta to exercise his constitutional mandate and crack the whip on NASA leader Raila odinga over treasonable actions of attempting to unlawfully swear himself in.
Speaking in Kapsabet during the release of a task force report on county’s pending bills, sang reminded the president that the has all the power under the constitution to those who are championing the treasonable attempts to have the opposition sworn in.
“Mr. President, the copy of the constitution and the sword you received from the former president when you were sworn in are should be your shield to protect the people of Kenya, you should now use thse powers to prevent imminent chaos.” Sang Said.
He also urged the NASA leader to respect the will of the people and allow President Kenyatta to unite Kenyans and deliver his election pledges.
“Raila Odinga should act his age and leave Kenyans alone in his greed for power.” He said.
