ADDENDUM NOTICE
The County Government of Nandi Hereby issues an addendum on Change of Closing dates for the tenders advertised on Thursday 14th March 2019 as Follows.

Complete tender documents with detailed information may be obtained from the IFMIS Government tender portal www.supplier.treasury.go.ke using Ref Negotiation Numbers indicated above.
Any bid that does not meet the MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS shall not be subject to any further evaluation. This requirements alongside the Technical requirements are contained in the tender documents
Duly filled ORIGINAL Tender document shall be:
1. Scanned, Uploaded and submitted ONLINE to the Kenya Supplier portal: www.supplier.treasury.go.ke on or before the above stated dates before the closing time as indicated by the IFMIS System.
2. In a plain sealed envelope and clearly marked: WITH RESPECTIVE TENDER NUMBERS, NEGOTIATION NUMBER AND TENDER NAME AS PER THE TENDER DOCUMENTS should be addressed to:

and be deposited in the respective Tender Box located at above Stated drop off zones on or before the respective closing dates. Any bid received after the closing time will be returned un-opened.
NOTE: The IFMIS System will automatically close the tender at a specific time on the closing day and submission of tenders will not be possible after this time and date.
